Skilfully executed in oil on canvase board by Georges Haway (Belgian school) a prominent Belgian artist whose works have been exhibited in the Works Museum, Liège, between 1895 and 1945.
The lively colour palette is framed in a painted gesso frame and makes a striking feature in the right space.
